• Assist in pouring of the concrete for finishers to complete. Use hand and power tools and carry various construction materials. Dig and level earth and gravel. Clean up construction site.
• Must have normal range of vision and hearing. Must be capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to handle extreme temperatures. Daily transportation to and from the worksite will be provided.
• $17.70/hr. Approx. 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 6am- 4pm with up to 15 hours of overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Applicants may be offered higher than advertised. Wage rate may vary based on experience and/or merit. $26.55hr. for overtime.
• All deductions from the worker's paycheck will be made as required by law. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and pay weekly by check. The employer will provide optional housing to workers. Workers who elect to live in housing will have $75.00 deducted from workers' pay per weekly paycheck for rent and utilities. In the first workweek, the cost of transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of work will be directly reimbursed to every worker. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. In the first workweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment will be reimbursed at a rate of at least $13.17/day to a maximum of $55.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
